Hi there from a newbie.

Is there an example or code fragment available anywhere that shows sending a UDP message from a terminal?
I've done some searching of the forum already, been through all the tutorials and example files, and most of the Ethernet examples seem to relate to receiving over ethernet.

Any help or examples of simple 'send UDP message' code would be appreciated.

Cheers, and thanks for the forum and the system,
Jim

Yes, see the EthernetClient example that is included with Qlarity Foundry.

In the special case where you want to transmit UDP, but don't care about receiving or are receiving already via other means, you can use NetSendDatagram. This is a fairly easy-to-use API for a quick and dirty datagram. You can see an example in the F1 help under NetSendDatagram.

Thanks for that Jeremy.
I'll have a look at it.
