We have an A7 wich freezes up. How can we determine the cause... we have RFID serial connected to it and remote MODBUSTCP data points being read in various othe devices.

Is there a log somewhere?

The screen just freezes after many hours.

Is your A7 configured for Qlarity usage, iX usage or custom software usage?

Qlarity doesn't make logs like that, although you could certainly write code in your application to log what is going on and get a better feel for when the terminal is freezing up.

You can try updating to the latest Qlarity runtime. We recently pushed out a release that fixes a memory issue that could result in a panel becoming unresponsive.
