Jeremy,

Is there any way to reset the G55 to factory defaults or anything in case I downloaded something or configured it incorrectly that may have screwed it up?

Thanks,

Greg

Well, I am baffled. I am going to send this on to our network expert. Unfortunately he won't be in until tomorrow if you can wait that long.

I really don't think that you incorrectly configured it. However, if you want to try, you need to connect the serial port to your PC. In the Qlarity Foundry download window, under the serial tab, select [Induce Bootloader]. You may, at this point, need to cycle power on the unit. Once you are in the bootloader, set the Qlarity Foundry serial settings to 115,200 8N1. Then type in "eP;" (no quotes) in the transmit window and press [Xmit].

Thanks for the help. I am baffled as well. If you can have him get in touch with me tomorrow I would appreciate it. I will put my email address in my profile. I will be in in the morning but then I have to go to a customer.

Did the Wireshark file tell you anything? Any more data I can collect?

Thanks,

Greg
