Post subject:  Frozen device

We have got one our device (TREQ-VM w/ FW 1.05) frozen after it suspended. We are not able to switch it on any way (it is charged, the screen is black, the power button does not react to any long pressing).

Any advise appreciated.

Sorry to hear that the device is causing you problems. Since it appears to be in a crashed state I suggest holding down the power button for 8 seconds. This will force a hard shutdown.

You will also want to double-check the power source and verify that all components are connected and switched on (DB26 cable to dock, Break-Out Box power switch, power cable).

All of your suggestions we've done (power button, held for up to one minute, the cable and the dock is connected with the same cable as another device which is working normally with this cable and the dock), but the device is still "dead".
