I have using the application called TreqDriversNetCe, i'm not sure what i can do with it, ungracefully i clicked some options and then the screen turn it black. I can hear the clicks but i can't see the desktop. And, i have followed your indications:

'See if you can access SOS mode. You do this by holding down LED buttons 1 and 3 while the unit is powering up. Once in SOS mode, try running CleanHiveCE.exe and rebooting the unit.'

And i got this message the first time: DeleteFile(\\Profile\QSI_TREQ\user.hv) failed, error=1222
And the second one: SHGetSpecialFolderPath (CSIDL_PROFILE) failed, error=3
DeleteFile(\\Profile\QSI_TREQ\user.hv) failed, error=1222

The terminal is connected with activesync in my computer, i can see the harddisk, and folders, but when i try to use with remote display control, it's not connecting and the terminal screen is still black.
What can i do now?

Thanks

It sounds like the display brightness was set to 0% accidentally. Running CleanHiveCE from SOS mode won't help because after it boots, its own registry file is in RAM, not the same one as normal boot. Here's what you can do to fix this: stay in SOS, go to harddisk, delete \harddisk\system.hv and \harddisk\profile\QSI_TREQ\user.hv . Then the next normal boot will use default settings for display brightness, which is 100% . You will be asked to calibrate touch screen.
