If I set the Date/time in the control panel, reboot the unit, the date time settings are lost, is this normal?

If yours is ARM based TREQ-L unit, it has no battery backed real time clock. It is normal that time is reset after reboot.

If yours is ARM based TREQ-M4, G56/G58 or x86 based TREQ-DX, it should keep the time. If that is the case, probably need to replace the RTC battery. Please contact our service department.
