It appears to have been a while since any activity was added here..... but ... There's something termed "Easy Transfer" now available under Windows Vista. Providing a usb cable supporting a host at either end, files may be transfered between PC systems. Would this technology be considered for the Treq? I have found the usb-to-serial route quite slow when developing for the Treq.

If Microsoft creates drivers for WinCE 5.0 or WinCE 6.0 then "easy transfer" would certainly be something to consider.

There may be a way to do ActiveSync via BlueTooth which should speed things up. Bluetooth is an option for the TREQ-M4. With the TREQ-DX, I've been able to speed up my ActiveSync with an Ethernet connection. With the TREQ-L which uses USB->Serial, I would copy large files using a USB stick, try to keep the executable small and/or organize the program into multiple DLL's (if using .NET CF).
