I have a few ButtonV2 objects on screen in a G55. I select which object to focus on via the direction keypad, then press enter to enable a mode where I change the width and xpos of the object. Pressing enter again switches the keypad back to a mode where it selects which object to focus on.

When I change the xpos or width of a ButtonV2 object, the shape and position of the focus "highlighting" does not update with the shape and position of the object. If I select a different object after I have finished editing the shape and position, then switch back to the first, the highlighting shape is correct. Is there some code I can use to update the shape of the focus "highlighting" while the object is being manipulated?

Thanks

Try something like
Code:
_keySestFocus(<buttonobj>, true)

I haven't had a chance to try this out, but that should force the focus rectangle to reacquire the focus object

Jeremy,

Thanks, works like a charm (provided I correct the typo to "_keySetFocus")

Thanks again.
