Looking at the sniff, I couldn't find anything wrong with the .106 and .107 exchanges. The .109 did have a problem however. When a query was sent to read a coil, an exception "Slave Device Busy" was being returned instead of a value.

00 00 00 00 00 06 01 03 10 29 00 01 <- query to read a coil sent from .111

00 00 00 00 00 03 01 83 06 <- Slave Device Busy exception sent in reply from .109

Right after this .109 would send a [RST] TCP/IP packet and close the connection. .111 (the terminal) would reconnect with .109 four seconds later and .109 would reset the connection again.

So there def. is a problem with the device at address .109 where it is not responding with data.
