How could I clear the data or blank the plot area in TrendchartV2, effectively "starting over" after user presses a button requesting such.

Also, if easy to implement, I could also make use of saving Trendchart data or bitmap image of plot area to flash so that it could be recalled by the terminal later.

Please advise.

The TrendChart does include a clear method that can be called to force it clear all its values. The code might look something like this.

Code:
func click()
    trendchart_1.ClearDataPoints()
endfunc

You could use a float array and the PersistentVariables object to store and retrieve data. I've attached an example workspace to demonstrate this.

Ron,

Very helpful. Thank you. BTW, I now better understand how to look up available methods within the help system (duh?).

Thanks.
