I have a FTP server that the G70 will be connecting to. I want to get a listing of files in a directory and then print them to a drop down list or something equivalent. Could someone please help me out with this.

Thanks,
- Nate

In Qlarity Foundry, under Help->Sample Workspaces there is a sample called "ftp_client_interface" that should help.

Bringing a post back from the dead!

I was able to successfully view the file structure of my webport, but when I tried using my PAC-R1's address to view the sdcard nothing displays in the listbox's. I can create new directories so I know I'm in the right spot. Maybe opto22 sends out directory info as a different data type? Also, can I display .txt contents by selecting from the file listbox w/out downloading them first?

Can you try this updated FTPClient and see if it makes any difference. To update, copy into the directory where you installed Qlarity replacing the existing DataProc.

If that doesn't work, then can you send me a wireshark sniff of communication with the FTP Server.

Works like a charm now! I'm using Qlarity 2.6 but I guess I didn't have the latest library. So from here is it possible to add a double click function to fileLb that'll read out a .txt to an edit box without downloading it first? Thanks for all the help!

To display a file from the FTP site, it will need to be downloaded first. To read a file, you can use the "ReadFile" function.
