Can the end user upload my code from the G70 to a PC and be able to see and modify it?

What is stored on the G70 does not include any source code. It is a compiled application. There is no way to download this compiled application from the G70.

No, the code has been compiled to a binary format before it is ever loaded onto the G70.

The G70 does not allow someone to extract the compiled binary (BFF file). Even if someone did get that off (for example by physically removing the flash chip from the G70's CPU board and reading it), they would have a major reverse engineering task trying to decompile the BFF file into useful Qlarity code
