I am using the protocol to connect to vb6 program running on a remote computer and have been able to get the machines to connect and communicate (passing data back and forth). However, the TCP connect can occassionally disconnect and need to have a way for the G70 to recognize the disconnect, close the connection and then reattempt to connect. I have taken a look and not been able to find a good description of how to properly use the protocol. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Tom

What does this code do for you?

Code:
'In the EthernetProtocol object instance
func connectionerror(ErrCode as integer, ErrMsg[] as byte)
    startconnection = true
endfunc
